Housing for Graduate and Veteran Students
Manhattan University is pleased to offer a special 12-month housing option exclusively for graduate students and student veterans. The housing license agreement runs from August 1 through July 31, providing the convenience and stability of a campus home throughout the entire year - including winter, spring, and summer breaks.
Residents enjoy a private single room in Jasper Hall, a traditional six-story residence hall with shared communal bathrooms. Under the 12-month housing license agreement, a meal plan is optional. Residents may select a meal plan that best fits their needs or choose not to participate.
Jasper Hall also offers several convenient spaces and amenities designed to help you feel at home:
- A community lounge featuring a television, billiards, ping-pong, and vending machines
- A shared kitchen located just off the lobby with a stovetop, oven, and microwave
