The Jasper Guarantee answers one of the biggest concerns facing students and families: clarity around what college actually costs. Beginning Fall 2027, entering undergraduate and transfer students lock in a single baseline tuition rate for eight consecutive semesters, backed by generous financial aid and merit support.

What Sets the Jasper Guarantee Apart

The Jasper Guarantee ensures that all undergraduate and transfer students at Manhattan University benefit from a guaranteed fixed tuition rate, set according to the published baseline annual rate for their entry year. For students entering in Fall 2027, that guaranteed baseline tuition rate is $52,500. Institutional fees are billed separately and may change, but the tuition itself remains locked in. The Jasper Guarantee covers tuition only, and it addresses two concerns that matter most to students and families: affordability and transparency in the cost of a college education.
