Traditional Residence Halls

Commonly referred to as dorms, traditional-style residence halls feature same-sex double occupancy bedrooms with shared communal bathrooms down the hall. This environment is ideal for freshmen and sophomores, who quickly become members of small, tight-knit communities.

Chrysostom

Chrysostom Hall is our freshmen-only residence hall. Approximately 100 first-year students live together in this four-floor residence hall. As a resident of Chrysostom, you’ll make fast friends with other first-year students as you form a tight-knit community and make your way through freshman year together.

Amenities:

  • Cable TV and internet telephone access in every room
  • Three lounges with large-screen TVs and air conditioning (large enough to host frequent small-group and building-wide programs)
  • Two kitchen/dining areas
  • A laundry room
  • A study room for quiet work or small-group projects
  • A recreation room with pool tables, ping-pong and other games
  • Vending machines for snacks and beverages
