Horan Hall and Lee Hall are our two largest residence halls. Both buildings offer spacious, suite-style accommodations, each with their own en suite bathroom. 

Most suites consist of two double-occupancy rooms, but there are a few three-person rooms and five-person suites in each building. Both Horan Hall and Lee Hall have individually controlled air conditioning units located in each room within the suite. Horan can accommodate 700 people on 11 floors, while Lee Hall accommodates 550 people on 10 floors.

Jasper Hall is our traditional dormitory building. It is coed by floor, with same-gender, double-occupancy rooms that share communal bathrooms and showers.

Each room has an individually controlled air conditioning unit. Jasper Hall can accommodate up to 250 guests on six floors. The building overlooks the Jasper backyard, an area with grass, benches and picnic tables.

All of our guest housing accommodations include standard furnishings, bed and bath linen, and secured access. 

• Each residence hall room contains an extra-long twin bed, desk, chair and a dresser or closet space for each guest.
• Bed and bath linen is included in the nightly rate.
• At check-in guests will find a pillow at the head of the bed and a blanket and a linen packet placed at the foot of each bed. The contents of the wrapped linen packet include one fitted sheet, top sheet, pillow case and bath towel.
• Shower curtain, bath tissue and garbage pails with liners are provided within each suite and communal style bathrooms.
• Each guest residing in the residence halls receives a Manhattan University issued ID card upon arrival, the Jasper Card. The card's advanced technology allows access into the assigned residence hall lobby and entry into Locke’s Dining Hall (if applicable), and additonal buidling access (if applicable).
