Fashion Design

This one-week intensive program integrates discussions with fashion experts, companies, and fashion/product designers in New York City. Visits to fashion studios, labs, and attending a New York Fashion Week show provide a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to learn and network.

During the program, participants will meet former and current fashion designers and visit studios and showrooms of fashion design companies. Participants will visit fashion locations all over the city and meet with experts and their teams to get a good feel of what it means to work in the fashion industry in NYC.

Besides site visits and conversations with experts, participants will tour and visit iconic NYC museums, such as The Color Factory, The Cooper Hewitt, and the Whitney Museum. As optional, participants interested in exploring future educational opportunities will visit one or two NYC Universities with top fashion graduate programs in the industry.

Motivation, adrenaline, hope, passion and love were all the things I felt during the week. It was an intensive experience full of different emotions. But the best part was feel myself growing up so fast
