Concentrations and Management Minor:
Concentrations: Students may pursue one of two concentrations within the major: Talent Management (talent acquisition, contemporary HR issues, managing a diverse workforce, career management, negotiation) and Behavior and Decision Making (organizational behavior, managerial planning, managing greed and fear, applied management science, negotiation).
Management Minor: A 15-credit sequence for students outside the O'Malley School of Business, or a focused sequence for OMSB students built around organizational behavior, international business, and talent management.
