Reclaiming Ourselves: The Magnificent Human in the Age of AI
The ARCHtalk Speaker Series at Manhattan University is proud to welcome Fr. Enzo Del Brocco, CP, PhD, President of Catholic Theological Union in Chicago, for Reclaiming Ourselves: The Magnificent Human in the Age of AI on Monday, October 5.
Fr. Enzo Del Brocco, CP, PhD, is a Passionist priest, moral theologian and President of Catholic Theological Union (CTU) in Chicago. Ordained in 1996, he holds a doctorate in Catholic Healthcare Ethics from Duquesne University, which he earned summa cum laude in 2024 with a dissertation examining Pope Francis's integral ecology and global bioethics.
This lecture enriches the student learning experience while advancing the University's ARCH initiative. Following the May 2026 release of Pope Leo XIV's first encyclical, Magnifica Humanitas, on safeguarding human dignity in the age of artificial intelligence, the Riverdale community called for a public forum to engage its themes.
The conversation speaks directly to Manhattan University's identity as a Lasallian Catholic institution committed to the dignity of the human person. Fr. Enzo Del Brocco will lead that conversation on October 5 through both a student panel and a public ARCHtalk.
