The Office of General Counsel (OGC) advises the Board of Trustees, the President, and academic and administrative units on a broad range of legal matters, including governance, contracts, compliance, student affairs, research, and labor and employment law. OGC also oversees Compliance and Title IX, and manages the University's relationships with City, State, and Federal elected officials.
