Facilities

In the competitive, hands-on world of creative media, it's a huge advantage to walk into your first day of an internship or job and already know how to operate the equipment, use the editing software and know where industry trends are leading. The facilities in the Communication, Sound and Media Arts Department helps you do just that by providing resources as varied as its offerings, which includes a television studio, a video editing lab, a multimedia lab, a digital graphics labs with large-format printers, a digital audio lab, a sound mixing studio, a piano lab, an audio technology workshop, mixed media classrooms, and rehearsal spaces for music and theatrical performances.
