Why Study in New York City
New York City is one of the most active and complex construction markets in the world, with a constant pipeline of high-rise, infrastructure, transit, and development projects that demand skilled construction managers. Studying here places students steps from the firms, job sites, and professional networks shaping the built environment. At Manhattan University, students apply classroom learning through internships, projects, and partnerships with leading NYC construction companies, building the technical confidence and professional network needed to advance in one of the nation's most competitive construction markets.
At the School of Engineering, we prepare students to lead complex projects from the first drawing to the final inspection. Our Construction Management graduates step onto job sites and into management roles already fluent in the planning, scheduling, and risk decisions that move real projects forward.
