The James Patterson Honors Program at Manhattan University was proud to welcome bestselling authors James Patterson ’69 and Patrick Leddin, Ph.D., for an engaging conversation about their book Disrupt Everything—and Win on September 29, 2025.
Patterson, one of the world’s most prolific and widely read authors, has written numerous bestselling novels across genres and has been a leading advocate for literacy and education. Leddin, a leadership expert and former professor at Vanderbilt University, has co-authored several works focused on strategy, performance, and organizational success.
Together, they discussed the ideas behind Disrupt Everything—and Win, offering insights into innovation, leadership, and adapting to change in today’s fast-moving world.
This event was part of the fall 2025 Speaker Series, a cornerstone of the James Patterson Honors Program. Complimentary copies of the book were made available to the first 500 attendees.
