The James Patterson Honors Program at Manhattan University was proud to welcome the world’s bestselling author and distinguished alumnus, James Patterson ’69, for an inspiring conversation on success. Following the event, Mr. Patterson participated in a book signing.

Patterson, one of the world’s most prolific and widely read authors, has written numerous bestselling novels across genres and has been a leading advocate for literacy and education.

This event was part of the fall 2025 Speaker Series, a cornerstone of the James Patterson Honors Program. The first 400 guests received a complimentary copy of Patterson’s latest book, The First Gentleman, co-written with President Clinton.

This event was free and open to the public.
