Manhattan University today announced that it was recognized as the 52nd best college in the U.S out of 500, according to The Wall Street Journal’s 2025 Best Colleges in the U.S ranking, placing the University in the top 2%. The annual rankings assess a variety of factors such as student outcomes, learning opportunities, diversity, and cost-effectiveness. Manhattan University achieved an impressive overall score of 80/100, further solidifying its commitment to student success, academic excellence, and future job readiness.

Among the key ranking metrics, the University scored exceptionally well in student outcomes, with a salary impact score of 99/100 and an average value added to graduate salary of $59,669. When ranked by salary, the University placed 20th for the salary impact for its graduates relative to tuition costs. The graduation rate score also was impressive, reflecting the institution's dedication to helping students complete their degrees.
Manhattan University also ranked strongly in categories essential to student development, scoring highly in learning facilities, character development, and preparation for future careers. These rankings underscore the University’s commitment to equipping students with the skills, opportunities, and environment they need for a fulfilling academic experience and professional readiness.
The 2025 Best Colleges in the U.S. ranking is compiled annually by the Wall Street Journal, in collaboration with its research partners College Pulse and Statista.
