Association for Computing Machinery

This student chapter of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), a worldwide organization, works to connect students with the computing community at large, by hosting and attending seminars and lectures, and providing the opportunity to meet others in their intended field. An annual highlight is the Greater NY ACM Computer Programming Contest, which draws more than 150 programs from 19 colleges and universities in the reigion. Manhattan University hosted the event in 2016.
