Don Gasparini, Ph.D., M.A., CASAC is the Assistant Vice President of the Behavioral Health Services department at St. John'sRiversideHospital. He assists in the administrative and clinical oversight of the inpatient and outpatient chemical dependency treatment services. Don received his Master's degree in counseling psychology fromNew YorkUniversity, his Doctoral degree in developmental psychology fromYeshivaUniversityand he is a New York State Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC). Don’s commitment to education is seen through his work as an adjunct at Manhattan College and Dutchess Community College where he teaches a variety of psychology, counseling and research courses at the graduate and undergraduate level.  He developed, co-directs and teaches atSt. John’sCASAC training program for health care professionals.  He has worked since 1988 in the field of counseling and psychology at various chemical dependency and mental health treatment programs in Westchester County, NY and has taught at a variety of colleges, universities and educational programs since 1996.  Born and raised in Westchester, Don currently resides in Dutchess County, NY with his wife and four children.
