The Alumni Relations Office is thrilled to announce a collaboration with Publishing Concepts Inc. (PCI) to produce a new edition of the Manhattan University Alumni Directory, our first update since 2014.

In the coming months, PCI will reach out to Jasper alumni by mail, phone and email to verify and update contact information. Rest assured, Manhattan University is committed to maintaining your privacy. PCI is a trusted partner, and they will use your information only for this project.

The updated Alumni Directory is more than a book. It celebrates our strong and supportive Jasper community. It is a vital resource for fostering personal connections, exploring professional opportunities and preserving the lifelong bonds that make Manhattan University unique.

How it Works

Keep an eye out for postcards and emails with a phone number to call to update your information over the phone.

During the call, you will be able to purchase the Manhattan University Alumni Directory book or digital publication, as well as custom branded merchandise, but all purchases are optional. You can simply reconfirm your contact information and confirm that you would like to be included in this meaningful publication. No purchase is necessary.

Together, let’s strengthen the Jasper network and continue building connections that last a lifetime. Please note: No purchase is necessary. You can update your information without purchasing the book, digital publication or merchandise.

What Happens Next

Alumni information will be compiled into a special book available for purchase, as well as a digital version. Along the way, participants will also have the option to purchase exclusive branded merchandise. Please note: No purchase is necessary.

The Alumni Directory book is expected to be completed in April 2026, with shipping scheduled for May 2026.

The Directory is an invaluable resource for our worldwide Jasper family to stay connected. It celebrates our strong alumni network by providing a platform for personal connections, professional opportunities and lifelong Jasper camaraderie.

Frequently Asked Questions

I received an email/postcard/phone call from a company asking for my personal information and said they were working with the University. Is this a legitimate project or is it a scam?

It is legit! We have partnered with PCI (also known as Publishing Concepts) to produce our new alumni directory. PCI is a family owned business based in Dallas, TX that has published directories for educational institutions, fraternities, sororities, and military organizations across the nation for more than 100 years. This project allows Manhattan University to receive important updates to our database so we can better serve our alumni.

Does the University benefit from this at all?

Yes, in a few different ways:

  1. Updated Information – allows us to effectively communicate with and engage alumni
  2. Legacy – preserves the history of our school
  3. Revenue – generates non-dues revenue for alumni programs
  4. Pride – wearing apparel shows support and love for our University

How do I know my information will only be used for directory purposes?

PCI is committed to protecting your information. The names, addresses and information provided to PCI for the publication of the Directory will be held confidential by PCI, except to the extent that they are utilized in, or in the preparation of, the Directory and except as required by court order or law. Upon completion of the project, PCI will redact PII (Personal Identifiable information) from any and all electronic files that we have supplied or were produced by PCI in connection with the production of the directory.

I would like to verify or update my information. How may I do this?

If you received a postcard or an email with a telephone number, you may call the number to speak with a real, live human being representing the Directory project. They will verify the information we have on file for you and make any updates where needed.

If you received an email with an embedded link, simply click the link to go to the online site to review your information.

Can I choose what information prints in the directory?

When you call to update your information, you can tell the representative if you prefer any of your information be excluded. You can also communicate your preferences to PCI’s customer service helpdesk at 1-800-982-1590 / customerservice@publishingconcepts.com or to the University directly.

Can anyone purchase a directory?

The Manhattan University Alumni Directory is available for sale to corresponding alumni of Manhattan College & Manhattan University only.

**You will be listed in the directory whether you decide to purchase a copy or not.

When will I receive my directory?

The total duration of the directory project from initial outreach to alumni to directory release, is about 12-16 months.

I ordered a directory/package over the phone and would like to cancel my order. How do I do this?

Contact PCI’s customer service helpdesk at 1-800-982-1590 / PCIservice@publishingconcepts.com and they will take care of this for you.
