The Mission Interuniversitaire de Coordination des Echanges Franco-Américains, commonly known as MICEFA, is a non-profit consortium founded in 1985 to promote cultural and scientific cooperation between France and Anglophone North America. It brings together 18 member universities in Paris and the Île-de-France region and more than 65 partner universities in the United States and Canada to support academic exchange opportunities for students from both sides of the Atlantic.
