Manhattan University Pre-College courses offer high school students a unique opportunity to explore academic interests, gain hands-on experience, and taste university life.

Manhattan University offers two types of Pre-College programs for high school students. Please review the program options and associated costs below.

One-Week Non-Credit Pre-College Programs

Designed for rising 9th–12th graders, these one-week experiences introduce students to exciting academic fields through hands-on, interactive learning.

Two-Week For-Credit Pre-College Programs (3 Credits)

These two-week university courses are designed for rising 11th- and 12th-grade students seeking an immersive academic experience that earns 3 college credits.

Students experience life on a New York City campus while learning from Manhattan University faculty, alumni, and industry professionals. These in-person courses promote independence, academic growth, and engagement with a diverse community of domestic and international students.

    • Cancellations, Refund Processing and Change

Manhattan University reserves the right to vary its programs and to reschedule or cancel an event if it is under-subscribed or for any other reason.

Manhattan University will attempt to give participants at least two (2) weeks’ notice if an event is rescheduled or canceled. Please make sure you provide a valid email address and phone number during registration. If Manhattan University cancels events for any reason, you will receive a full refund less any registration processing fee. If the student cancels attendance (i.e., Covid19 positive case or quarantine, out-sick, change of school) to the program for any reason and provides at least two (2) weeks’ notice of cancellation before the program start day, the participant will also be entitled to a full refund less the one-time registration processing fee (if this exists).

Cancellation of attendance by the participant with less than two (2) weeks’ notice forfeits the participant’s rights to a refund. Also, please keep in mind refund processing usually takes 4 – 6 weeks (this timeframe is dependent upon your financial institution).
