This week-long foodie abroad experience is designed to go beyond the plate, using food as a dynamic gateway to explore Catalan culture while fostering a sense of community among our Manhattan College alumni and friends.
Embark on a spiritual journey with Jasper's friends and family in Spain, from Sarria to Santiago de Compostela along the Way of Saint James (Camino de Santiago). This pilgrimage, the Way of Saint James, has been a path of faith and self-discovery for centuries.
Do I need to be a Manhattan College alumni to join the international experiences?
Our international experiences are open to anyone interested in participating. Either a Jasper, a friend or family member of a Jasper, or anyone who shares our community values is welcome to join our experiences; we love to make new friends and develop a sense of community.
Can my child, a current student at Manhattan College, join?
Yes, all community members are encouraged to join and participate in our experiences. If a degree student at Manhattan College wants to join the experience, this will not be counted towards any credit academic course.
Do you offer any discounts or payment plans?
Even though we do not offer any discounts on the cost of the experiences we offer, we can work on a payment plan for you to start covering the costs as soon as you register. The experience's total cost must be paid one month before the trip.

Cancellation, Refund Processing & Changes
Manhattan College reserves the right to vary its programs and to reschedule or cancel an event if it is under-subscribed or for any other reason. Manhattan College attempts to give participants at least one month's notice if the event is rescheduled or canceled.
Please provide a valid email address and phone number during registration. If Manhattan College cancels events for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
Suppose the participant cancels attendance at the program for any reason and provides at least two months’ notice of cancellation before the program starts day. In that case, the participant will be entitled to a full refund, less a one-time processing fee of $100.00.
Cancellation of participant attendance with less than two months’ notice forfeits the participant’s rights to a refund.
Please remember that refund processing usually takes 4 – 6 weeks (this timeframe depends on your financial institution).
