Sigma Iota Epsilon is the national honorary and professional management fraternity. The honor society seeks to:

  • Stimulate interest and achievement in the field of management
  • Stimulate scholarship and research in management through the development of the scientific approach to the solution of management problems
  • Gain recognition of the value and contribution of scholastic achievement to business and public sector management
  • Facilitate contacts between students and practicing manager

Manhattan University established the Gamma Epsilon chapter of Sigma Iota Epsilon in 2015.

Eligibility

To qualify for membership, undergraduates must have:

  • Completed at least 30 credit hours of coursework at Manhattan University
  • Completed at least one upper-level course in Management (excluding MGMT 307, 406, and 430) with a grade of B or better
  • At least a 3.25 overall GPA in all courses
  • A current major in Management
