The Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree program with a major in Computer Engineering is accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET under the commission’s General Criteria and Program Criteria for Electrical, Computer, Communications, Telecommunication(s), and Similarly Named Engineering Programs.

ABET is a nonprofit, non-governmental organization that accredits universities and university programs in the disciplines of applied science, computing, engineering, and engineering technology. ABET accreditation, which is achieved through a peer review process, provides assurance that a university or university program meets the quality standards established by the profession for which the program prepares its students.
