Manhattan College Again Ranks Highly in PayScale College Salary Report

Manhattan ranks 47th out of 1,655 colleges and universities.

Student climbing archway stepIn PayScale’s 2018-19 College Salary Report, Manhattan College is again highly rated for the early career and mid-career salaries that recent graduates have received. 

Manhattan College ranked 47th among the 1,655 colleges and universities included in the report, placing Manhattan among the top 3% of that group.  

The PayScale College Salary Report shows the return on investment that Manhattan College graduates receive. The average early career salary for Manhattan College graduates up to five years out of college is $62,600, and the average median salary for alumni with 10+ years of experience is $124,900.

“Our annual report provides data to inform decisions about which school may make the most sense to attend, and even which major to choose based on a variety of factors. Students and parents want to make informed decisions about future career and income opportunities associated with their college education investment,” said PayScale Vice President Lydia Frank. “While earning potential should not be the only consideration, it is an important factor, especially when evaluating the cost of education today.”

The report notes that Manhattan alumni belong to a wide range of sectors, including the engineering services, the consulting, and the civil engineering services industries, and former Jaspers who fare the best in terms of salary hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in finance and earn a median salary of about $200,000 per year.
