Learn about intercultural communication and leading across cultures while taking a first-hand a first-hand look at Cuban history and culture. The program, led by a Manhattan College professor, includes several field trips and excursions, cultural activities, guest lecturers, and work on a research project.

Courses & Credits
This program is open to all School of Continuing & Professional Studies students and may be taken as:
- For undergraduate students: PSLS 275: Team and Group Dynamics OR PSCM 326: Intercultural Communication OR PSLS 399: Independent Research (3 credits)
- For graduate students: MSOL 610: Leading Across Cultural and Global Boundaries (3 credits)
Logistics
Participants on this program will travel with a group of Manhattan College students and will be led by an MC faculty member. Students will pay a program fee for their travel expenses plus normal undergraduate or graduate tuition and fees for the 3-credit course they will be completing. Round-trip flights out of New York City, housing in shared rooms for the duration of the program, excursions and cultural visits, some meals, and international health insurance are included in the program fee.
