At the beginning of the summer, Manhattan College M.B.A. students traveled to Brazil to receive insight into the country's rising economy, and a group of education students visited Israel and Palestine and learned more about religion, politics and education.

Manhattan College's innovative programs in allied health, exercise science, physical education, nuclear medicine technology and radiation therapy offer tremendous opportunities for internships and field experience. In recognition of the programs' success at top medical hospitals, facilities and institutions, the School of Education has formally changed its name to the School of Education and Health.

2012 Manhattan College Volleyball Schedule Released
Mark Jones, head volleyball coach, unveiled the team's 2012 schedule on July 10. The 31-match slate includes three preseason tournaments, as well as the traditional 18-contest double round robin Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) schedule. READ MORE»

Steve Manitta Named Manhattan College Head Men's Lacrosse Coach
Steve Manitta was named the new head coach of the men's lacrosse program on July 2. He comes to Riverdale after three years as head men's lacrosse coach/assistant athletic director at Mercy College. READ MORE»

 

Oliver Antigua Joins Men's Basketball Coaching Staff
On June 27, Manhattan head men's basketball coach Steve Masiello announced Oliver Antigua as the newest assistant coach on the Jaspers staff. Antigua comes to Manhattan following a successful career at St. Raymond's High School in the Bronx, where he coached the Ravens to five Catholic High School Athletic Association (CHSAA) Class AA championships throughout his 13-year tenure.
