Master’s Program in Organizational Leadership Receives High Ranking

The program in the School of Continuing and Professional Studies is designed for working professionals to learn leadership skills.

The site’s authors write that the M.S. in Organizational Leadership “is one of the most affordable on our list of top-quality programs in the state.” 

Manhattan College’s organizational leadership program is specifically designed for working professionals in a highly structured format. The online organizational leadership master’s degree helps students tailor a leadership approach based on his or her strengths. Students will have a unique leadership plan to help develop leadership skills further and learn how to best leverage proven leadership principles that can advance a career.

This 33-credit hour program is divided among nine core courses and two management-focused electives, including Organizational Planning, Administration and Governance, Talent and Performance Management, HR Issues in the Workplace, Employment Law for Organizational Leaders and Non-Profit and Government Leadership.
