COVID-19 Vaccination FAQs

Our priority remains the health and safety of our community. To that end, all new and returning employees and students (undergraduate, graduate, and non-credit students) must be fully vaccinated and submit proof of COVID-19 vaccination.

If you have questions, please email jaspersreturn@manhattan.edu or call 718-862-6398.

COVID-19 Vaccination Requirements FAQs

  • What happens if I do not get vaccinated or receive an approved exemption?
Students and employees who do not have an approved medical or religious exemption should home test every 30 days and report any positive tests.  Non-compliant individuals may also have additional health and safety requirements to access campus based on the COVID-19 rates in the community.
  • What are the protocols for international students?

The White House announced that vaccines will be required for international travelers coming into the United States, with an effective date of November 8, 2021.

For purposes of entry into the United States, vaccines accepted will include FDA approved or authorized and WHO Emergency Use Listing vaccines. More information is available here.
