COVID-19 Vaccination FAQs

Manhattan College requires all new and returning administrators and staff to submit proof of vaccination against COVID-19. New employees must become compliant with the vaccine requirement before arriving on campus.  Submit these documents here. To upload your immunization record, please follow the instructions noted on the COVID-19 Vaccination Record Submission Portal.

All submissions will be reviewed by Health Services staff, please allow 48-72 business hours for review. To see the status of your submission, please check your MyCOVIDStatus page.

In accordance with guidance from the CDC, New York State and New York City, any student or employee who tests positive for COVID-19 will be required to isolate for five (5) days, followed by a modified return to campus for an additional 5 days, instead of the previous 10-day requirement. Visit this page for current quarantine and isolation guidelines:

The White House announced that vaccines will be required for international travelers coming into the United States, with an effective date of November 8, 2021.

For purposes of entry into the United States, vaccines accepted will include FDA approved or authorized and WHO Emergency Use Listing vaccines. More information is available here.

New and returning students and employees who are seeking or renewing a medical or religious exemption for the required COVID-19 vaccination should review information and complete the steps outlined on the following pages:
