 Physical Plant performs all general maintenance for the entire University community, in addition to answering specific requests from students and staff.

Physical Plant is available to assist with the following services:

- Carpentry
- Electric
- Extermination
- Grounds
- Plumbing/Heating
- Locks/Keys
- Painting
- Residence Halls
- Recycling
