## Billing Schedule & Payment Deadlines

### Payment Responsibility Notice

Payment to the University is always the responsibility of the student regardless of the source of funding for tuition. Account access is available via the [Student Account Suite](/offices/bursar/account "Manage Your Account"). Students can view their billing account detail transactions and balances in real-time. Please refer to the University catalog for additional information on billing & payment policies and procedures from the Jasper Central Office:

eBills are issued once per term. Students are able to access their statements online in real time via the Student Account Suite simply click on 'View Activity' for updated billing activity or **click 'On-Demand Statement' for an up to date view of account.**

### 2025-26

#### Fall 2025 

- **eBill Statements** will be available via the Student Account Suite July 1, 2025 Email notices will be sent to enrolled students and authorized users once the eBill statement is available.
- **Payment Deadline:** Monday, August 4, 2025

#### Spring 2026

- **eBill Statements** will be available via the Student Account Suite to view/print starting **Dec 5th, 2025**. Email notices will be sent to enrolled students and authorized users once the eBill statement is available. eBills are generated at the start of the traditional term and every 30 days only if a balance owed continues. Click on 'View Activity' for updated billing activity or **click 'On-Demand Statement'** for an up-to-date view of the account.
- **Payment Deadline:** Monday, January 5, 2026

#### SCPS Organizational Leadership programs

- **Notification:** eBill statements will be available via the Student Account Suite. Email notices will be sent to enrolled students and authorized users once the eBill statement is available.
