## Billing Schedule & Payment Deadlines

### Payment Responsibility Notice

Payment to the University is always the responsibility of the student, regardless of the source of funding for tuition. Account access is available via the [Student Account Suite](/offices/bursar/manage-account). Students can view billing account details, transactions and balances in real time.

Please refer to the University catalog for additional information on billing and payment policies and procedures from the Jasper Central Office:

eBills are issued once per term. Students can access their statements online in real time via the [Student Account Suite](/offices/bursar/manage-account). Click **View Activity** for updated billing activity or **On-Demand Statement** for an up-to-date view of the account.

## 2026-2027

### Summer 2026

- Students planning to take summer courses should review registration information, course availability and related deadlines on the Registrar’s Summer Registration webpage.

### Fall 2026

- **eBill Statements:** Fall 2026 eBill statements will be available via the [Student Account Suite](/offices/bursar/manage-account) on July 1, 2026. Email notices will be sent to enrolled students and authorized users once the eBill statement is available.
- **Payment Deadline:** Monday, August 3, 2026

### Spring 2027

- **eBill Statements:** Spring 2027 eBill statements will be available via the [Student Account Suite](/offices/bursar/manage-account) on December 1, 2026. Email notices will be sent to enrolled students and authorized users once the eBill statement is available.
- **Payment Deadline:** Monday, January 4, 2027

- Fall Session 1: Monday, August 17, 2026
- Fall Session 2: Monday, October 5, 2026

##### Employer Deferred\*

- Fall Session 1: Friday, October 2, 2026
- Fall Session 2: Friday, November 20, 2026

#### Spring 2027 Payment Deadlines

##### Non-Employer Deferred

- Spring Session 1: Monday, January 11, 2027
- Spring Session 2: Monday, March 8, 2027

##### Employer Deferred\*

- Spring Session 1: Friday, March 5, 2027
- Spring Session 2: Friday, April 23, 2027
