On April 11, the College recognized generous donors at the annual Presidential Reception Celebrating Scholarship Donors and Student Recipients.
The event brought together more than 140 students and donors, providing an opportunity for student recipients to meet the person behind the scholarship, the one who has supported them in working toward a college degree.
The reception featured student speaker Shannon Maiolica ’13, recipient of the John Cullen ’62 Scholarship for Accounting Majors.
“I would like to take this time to thank all of your, and especially my benefactor Mr. John Cullen," Maiolica said. "Your generosity and care has given many students, like me, the opportunity to experience possibilities that may have been inconceivable without your help.”
