Shah, who has served as Associate Dean of the School since 2025, brings nearly two decades of academic, administrative and international experience to the role. Shah joined Manhattan University in 2008 after earning her Ph.D. in Global Affairs and International Business from Rutgers University. A professor of management, she focuses her scholarship on globalization, culture, gender-equity, cross-cultural management, and social change. > "The University is grateful that Dr. Shah has agreed to serve as the Interim Dean of the O'Malley School of Business during this pivotal time of strategic academic growth in both our undergraduate and graduate programs.
