# Manhattan University Names Grishma Shah, Ph.D., Interim Dean of the O'Malley School of Business

Grishma Shah, Ph.D., has been named Interim Dean of Manhattan University's O'Malley School of Business, bringing nearly two decades of experience.

RIVERDALE, N.Y. â&#128;&#148; Manhattan University announced that Grishma Shah, Ph.D., has been named Interim Dean of the O'Malley School of Business. Shah, who has served as Associate Dean of the School since 2025, brings nearly two decades of academic, administrative and international experience to the role. Shah joined Manhattan University in 2008 after earning her Ph.D. in Global Affairs and International Business from Rutgers University. A professor of management, she focuses her scholarship on globalization, culture, gender-equity, cross-cultural management, and social change.

Her appointment ensures the school's continued momentum as it explores initiatives that strengthen innovation and entrepreneurship across the University and within the broader New York City business community," said Manhattan University President, Frederick Bonato, Ph.D.

Committed to experiential and global learning, Shah also serves as the University's Director of Global Business Studies, developing international partnerships and managing faculty-led consulting and study programs throughout Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
