Day of Caring

1853 Minutes to Make an Impact

April 7, 2020 & April 8, 2020

Inspired by a groundswell of support and compassion, we are transforming our previously scheduled Day of Giving into a special Day of Caring. In celebration of Saint John Baptist de La Salle’s feast day—from 9 a.m., April 7, to 3:53 p.m., April 8, 2020—we invite everyone in the Manhattan College community to honor the Founder by supporting his mission to educate and serve all students in the Lasallian Catholic tradition.

Jaspersmission_logo_Green.jpgThe Manhattan College Day of Caring works together with #JaspersOnAMission, an ongoing College-wide campaign we have launched to highlight the many ways that our alumni, students, faculty, administrators and staff are helping others during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Show You Care

As you may know already, most students have either left or are leaving their residence halls as part of Manhattan College’s safety measures. For many students and their families, this relocation exacts unexpected financial challenges, which will only persist as students continue remote learning through the conclusion of the semester.

We are grateful that alumni, parents and friends like you have expressed a desire to help them to meet the emergency needs of displacement.

Make a gift (of any size, large or small) to the Annual Fund to support all of our students and address their greatest needs, which include but are not limited to:

  • temporary housing
  • academic support
  • counseling services

I am so grateful I decided to be a Jasper and I would like to thank the alumni donors for giving what they can in support of students like me to attend a quality school!
