The Office of Conference Services works directly with Dining Services to provide provide flexible meal plans, private catered meals and allergy friendly options. Locke’s Dining Hall **Our main dining hall, Locke’s, is an all-you-care-to-eat, buffet-style dining hall with several different dining stations offering a variety of hot and cold options.** A two-week cycle menu is offered during the summer months, with rotating selections on stations including hot entrees, brick oven pizza, a salad and sandwich bar, dessert bar, and beverage bar.
