  • Research

My research interest is in building performance modeling and measurement, with particular interest in energy efficiency of existing commercial buildings. I have a keen interest in building systems with an emphasis in green and sustainable improvements as well as facilities management.  Recently, I conducted research with the Newark Public Schools District in order to validate and calibrate an expert system which models usage in existing commercial buildings, recommends improvements, and predicts future improvements usage.
