Stephen Piraino

Adjunct, Economics & Finance

After graduating from Manhattan College with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Stephen Piraino enjoyed a 35-year career with RCA and Citigroup, which included extensive international as well domestic experience. Piraino gradually transitioned from engineering to managerial assignments and in the process learned about disciplines such as management, marketing and economics.

While at Citigroup, Piraino was involved in mentoring and teaching. After his retirement in 2004, he began teaching as an adjunct instructor at Wagner College, and eventually returned back home to Manhattan College where he has been an adjunct professor since 2008.
