Patricia Sheridan

Associate Professor, Accounting, CIS & Law

Prior to becoming a full-time faculty member, I practiced law for almost fifteen years.  I began my legal career as a corporate associate at Chadbourne & Parke in New York City, where I focused on federal securities regulation and corporate governance matters.  I then operated my own law practice in Westchester County, New York and specialized in trusts and estates and real estate transactions.  During law school, I worked as a law clerk in the corporate legal department of Kraft General Foods, Inc. and also as a mergers and acquisitions analyst at Kidder, Peabody & Co.

I am a past President of the North East Academy of Legal Studies in Business and a former associate editor for the Westchester Bar Journal. I am admitted to practice law in New York State and am a member of the New York State Bar Association as well as the Academy of Legal Studies in Business.
