Medya Fathi

Assistant Professor, Civil & Environmental Engineering

Dr. Fathi is an Assistant Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Manhattan University and is a licensed Project Management Professional (PMP).

Her research interests include project delivery methods with a focus on design-build and public-private partnerships (contract, cost performance, schedule performance, finance, risk, and success), decision-making modeling, statistical analysis, structural equation modeling, sustainability, and sustainable construction, green buildings and energy-efficiency, and engineering education.  She serves as a reviewer for several civil engineering and construction management journals and committees.  Dr. Fathi is the faculty advisor for the Manhattan Univeristy Society of Women Engineers group.
