Medya Fathi

Assistant Professor, Civil & Environmental Engineering

Dr. Fathi is an Assistant Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Manhattan University. She holds the Project Management Professional (PMP), Envision Sustainability Professional (ENV SP), and LEED Green Associate credentials.

Her research interests include project delivery methods, with a focus on design-build and public-private partnerships (encompassing contract, cost performance, schedule performance, finance, risk, and success).  Additionally, she explores decision-making modeling, statistical analysis, structural equation modeling, sustainability, sustainable construction, green buildings, energy efficiency, and engineering education.  She serves as a reviewer for several civil engineering and construction management journals and committees.  Dr. Fathi is the faculty advisor for the Manhattan University Society of Women Engineers (SWE) group.
