Jolie Terrazas

My graduate education is in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, the scientific study of organizations, including examination of workplace issues experienced by individuals, teams, and leaders. I have research and consulting experience in a range of industries including financial services, health care, higher education, and immigrant support services. My research mainly addresses issues of emotional labor, gender, diversity, stereotype perceptions, and workplace discrimination. Other research interests include personality assessment, human resources, leadership, and corporate social responsibility.
