    • I have served as the Department’s coordinator for the Putnam Contest. Among other things, this involves conducting problem sessions for students taking the exam.
    • I have been active in encouraging interest in undergraduate mathematics  conferences, in particular the Hudson River Conference and the Spuyten Duyvil  Conference. I have helped students to prepare talks, and have given some talks myself.
