Gunae Choi

Gunae received a Ph.D. in strategy and international business from Rutgers Business School - Newark and New Brunswick, and a Ph.D. from the consumer science department at the Ohio State University. She taught courses in business strategy. Her research interests are in the areas of corporate strategy and corporate social responsibility (CSR). In particular, she has studied mechanisms through which CSR can create or destroy value in merger and acquisition contexts.
