Frank Perricelli

Adjunct, Civil & Environmental Engineering

Mr. Perricelli has considerable and diversified experience in scheduling and delay analysis, and other project control practices. He is responsible for providing scheduling and claims avoidance services for a number of large-scale projects, ranging from highway and bridge projects to railroad, tunnel, and facility projects. His experience ranges from planning and design to construction scheduling. He uses Primavera scheduling software on a daily basis.

He has presented at industry project control conferences and has developed and delivered CPM training for transportation agencies including NYSDOT, TxDOT and MnDOT.

He has varied experience in the inspection and design of highway, transit, and bridge structures for numerous public agencies in several states. He has worked for a diversified field of clients ranging from the federal government to the private sector, including state, city, and county agencies. Frank is a Lead Scheduling Engineer and Vice President at AECOM.
