Ann Burke

Ann Burke, J.D., CPA, LL.M., began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers where she was responsible for tax compliance, research and planning for clients in the international banking and entertainment industries. She later practiced law with the firm Townley & Updike. Thereafter, she served as Tax Counsel within the corporate tax group of Time Warner, Inc.  Ann has also served as the CFO of several family offices and now provides family office services on a private consulting basis.

A Manhattan College graduate, Ann attributes her decision to go to law school to Dr. Alfonse Petrocine, her undergraduate business law professor.  She will be forever grateful to Brother John Muller who helped her obtain a full-tuition scholarship to St. John's University as a St. Thomas More Law Scholar.  Ann is an active Jasper alumna and served as the first female president of the Manhattan College Alumni Society.  She is delighted to return to alma mater as a professor in five disciplines - Accounting, Law, Taxation, Finance and Ethics.
