Air Force without a CCAF/Air University or Joint Services Transcript. **Transfer** Air Force with a CCAF/Air University or Joint Services Transcript. Army, Marines, Navy, or Coast Guard with any completed college coursework before, during, or after service. Eligible dependents with some prior college. **Graduate** Completed an undergraduate degree from a regionally accredited institution. 2 ### Submit Your Application Apply as soon as you begin your final semester at your previous institution or prior to leaving active duty. Admissions is rolling, with decisions typically issued within 2 to 3 weeks of receiving all required documents. Freshman applicants should aim to apply by March 1. 3 ### Submit Required Documents In addition to the standard application, military and veteran applicants must provide a **Joint Services Transcript (JST)** or CCAF/Air University transcript. Transcripts can be ordered online at [jst.doded.mil](http://www.jst.doded.mil) or through [getmytranscript.com](http://www.getmytranscript.com). 4 ### Apply for VA Educational Benefits Visit the VA website to apply for your educational benefits. Eligible veterans may also transfer Post-9/11 (Chapter 33) benefits to an eligible dependent. After VA approval, you will receive a Certificate of Eligibility (COE) by mail.
