Transfer to Manhattan College

It's easy to transfer to Manhattan College. We offer same-day admission decisions, quick turnaround on transfer credit evaluations and help with financial aid.

Why Transfer to Manhattan College?

No matter the reason you are transferring, our caring faculty and staff will work hard to make sure you'll succeed here. In fact, we boast a 90% retention rate for our transfer students. And because 40% of our transfer students live on campus, you'll easily make friends and get involved in campus life. A special orientation session in August for transfer students will help you get acclimated to student life here. 

We also offer assistance to help you afford Manhattan College. In fact, 95% of transfer students receive financial aid and 58% receive merit scholarships

Instant Decision Appointments

Schedule an instant decision appointment where you can meet individually with our transfer admissions counselor to:

  • ask questions about Manhattan College
  • submit your application documents
  • get a same-day admission decision 

Appointments are offered between 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays in June, July and August. Each appointment typically lasts 60 minutes. While on campus, you can also opt to take a personalized campus tour.

Financial Aid Appointments

Meet one-on-one with a representative from the financial aid office to discuss questions about the financial aid process. Topics of discussion may include:

  • How do I apply for FAFSA?
  • Am I eligible for federal or state assistance?
  • As a transfer student, am I eligible for a merit scholarship?
  • I have been accepted, I have received my financial aid award letter, now what?
