Submit Your Deposit ## **Step 1:** Student Enrollment Deposit
To officially enroll, you must submit your enrollment deposit. You can pay the deposit online or by mailing a check.
To officially become a Jasper, complete the enrollment form and pay your deposit online. Your place in next semester's class will only be guaranteed if your deposit is paid in full by the reply date listed on your admissions letter. Enrollment and housing deposits are **nonrefundable**.
Commuter Students Enrollment Deposit: **$500**
Resident Students Enrollment and Housing Deposit: **$800**
Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.

Submit Your FAFSA ## **Step 2:** File Your FAFSA
You must file a FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) to be considered for need-based financial aid from Manhattan University.
- Your correct Social Security number must be on file with your FAFSA. If you do not provide this information, we cannot process your FAFSA.
- You must provide our **school code: 002758** for Manhattan University to receive your information.

Financial Aid & Student Accounts ## **Step 4:** Financial Aid and Student Accounts Onboarding: June 15
You will need your JasperNet ID and password to log in for the financial aid checklist.

Housing Application ## **Step 5:** Resident Students Complete On-Campus Housing Application Process: June 1-26
1. **Complete your online housing application:** Sign the housing contract and complete your roommate profile on the[ MyHousing Portal](https://manhattan.starrezhousing.com/StarRezPortalX/CFDD804E/1/1/Home-Home?UrlToken=3965C3BF). If you're interested in any themed housing, make sure to indicate that in your application!
2. **Start your housing accommodations application:** If you need any health or mobility accommodations as part of your housing assignment, please submit all paperwork and applicable forms to the[ Specialized Resource Center](https://inside.manhattan.edu/academic-resources/specialized-resource-center/housing-accommodations%20.php) (this should be completed prior to the housing lottery on June 27-28)
3. **Visit the Roommate Matching Portal** - Opens June 1st. Once you have paid your deposit and completed the housing application, you'll be able to log into the[ MyHousing Portal](https://manhattan.starrezhousing.com/StarRezPortalX/CFDD804E/1/1/Home-Home?UrlToken=3965C3BF) and search for compatible roommates. Make sure you complete your roommate profile accurately to help ensure the best living environment for you next year!
4. **Attend the** [**Virtual Housing Selection Information Session**](https://calendar.google.com/calendar/render?action=TEMPLATE&dates=20230623T000000Z%2F20230623T013000Z&details=Learn%20everything%20you%20need%20to%20know%20about%20the%20housing%20selection%20process%20and%20speak%20with%20Residence%20Life%20staff%20members.%20Join%20the%20meeting%20at%20meet.google.com%2Fbsz-vwvk-ibr&location=Jasper%20Hall%20Lounge&text=Virtual%20Housing%20Lottery%20Info%20Session) (June 22nd, 8 pm): Curious about what the Housing Lottery will look like? Come to this info session and talk with Residence Life staff about what to expect and how to be as prepared as possible to pick your room for next year.
5. **Participate in the housing selection process**: [The Housing Lottery](/student-life/housing "Housing") is your chance to pick your space for the next academic year!

Submit High School Transcript ## **Step 6:** Submit High School Transcript and AP Scores: by August 1
Manhattan University requires your final transcript as confirmation that you graduated from high school. The final transcript must state the graduation date with the final GPA to be marked “official.â€

**Additional Requirements for Student-Athletes**
D1 Athletes, the University Health forms must be on file with Health Services.All athletes will receive an invitation to ARMS Software Portal to access the NCAA Pre Participation Packet including Sickle Cell test requirement.
