The highly competitive, global and tech-savvy business world of today seeks energized and knowledgeable professionals who are inspired to become the leaders of tomorrow.  This is who we’d like to help you become during your time in the O’Malley School of Business. Whether you see yourself as an entrepreneur, an accountant, an international business executive, a fashion marketing maven, a data analyst, or an expert in the world of finance, our goal is to take you there.

How do we do this? We do this, first, through our top-notch faculty, who create an active learning environment that draws upon real-world business experience and cutting-edge research. Here, real business issues are brought into the classroom to be dissected and debated, often with the actual managers involved. The faculty is also vitally interested in you. It is in the Lasallian Catholic tradition to make our students the top priority. In classrooms averaging fewer than 25 students, and in one-on-one coaching sessions, our professors are available to discuss your current concerns, research ideas and future career dreams.

By joining O’Malley, you join a vibrant learning community. Take part in our Innovation Challenge, Business Analytics Competition (BAC@MC), or the College Fed Challenge. Engage in research with a professor, and present your findings at a conference. Join the Marketing Club, Entrepreneurship Club, Investment Club, and/or the Accounting Society

We partner with local business leaders and alumni, drawing on the O’Malley School’s strategic location, which is a short subway ride to Wall Street, Madison Avenue and other corporate headquarters.

Finally, we stress excellence in all we do. The O’Malley School is ranked among the best nationally by U.S. News & World Report and Princeton Review. Our programs are fully accredited by AACSB International, The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. Only 5% of all business schools worldwide are so accredited.

The O’Malley School offers the tools for you to develop leadership skills in New York City. We educate in an environment that takes its Lasallian values seriously. We look forward to guiding you along your career journey.

Sincerely,

Donald E. Gibson, Ph.D.

Dean, O’Malley School of Business
