The 30-credit curriculum combines eight core courses with two electives drawn from a focus area of your choice, building practical leadership skills you can apply directly in the workplace. The program culminates in a faculty-led capstone consulting project for an external client.

**Elective Focus Areas:** Students select two electives from one of four focus areas: General Organizational Leadership, Human Resources, Public Service, and eLearning and Training.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering from a program accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET (or recognized equivalent)
- Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale
- Undergraduate degree normally in the same discipline; applicants from other engineering disciplines may be required to complete prerequisite coursework
