The Management major at Manhattan University prepares students to lead teams, design organizations, and make ethical decisions in a fast-changing global economy. Students gain experience in **strategic management, organizational behavior, talent management, decision-making, and entrepreneurship**, supported by a Strategic Innovation Learning Center, two named concentrations, and small classes taught by industry-experienced faculty.
Two Focused Concentrations
Choose Talent Management or Behavior and Decision Making to deepen expertise in human resources, hiring strategy, organizational behavior, or applied management science.
Strategic Innovation Learning Center
The SILC hosts the annual Innovation Challenge, a Shark Tank style competition where student teams pitch original business ideas to a panel of judges for cash prizes.
Small Classes, Industry Faculty
Learn in classes of 15 to 20 students from faculty who bring years of professional experience and conduct hands-on research projects and case studies with students.
Mentor Program & Career Network
Pair with a professional mentor and connect with alumni through career fairs, guest speaker series, and networking events that link the classroom to NYC employers.
