The national organization offers awards for outstanding research papers, scholarships for graduate school and a national student conference. The Manhattan University chapter, Omicron Epsilon, was incorporated in 1984. ### Eligibility To qualify for membership, undergraduates must: - have a minimum of 15 credits in political science courses with a minimum GPA of 3.0 in those classes. - be ranked in the upper third of their class (which generally requires a 3.5 overall GPA).
