# Department of Economics and Finance

**Where research, mentorship and the world's greatest financial center come together.**

The Economics and Finance Department gives students the chance to work on research with professors in preparation for graduate school or land a hands-on internship in one of the world's greatest financial centers, New York City. With two distinct majors and minors plus three concentrations in economics, students build the analytical depth and real-world experience to make sound financial decisions and pursue high-impact careers across finance and beyond.
