Where Classroom Knowledge Meets Real-World Practice

**Compete, collaborate, and consult with industry leaders before you graduate.**

At the O'Malley School, experiential learning is built into the journey. Students compete on national and global stages through the Federal Reserve Challenge, the Innovation Challenge, and the annual Global Business Analytics Competition. They consult with international partners through the Global Immersion program, traveling to destinations including Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, Greece, and India. The four-year Passport Program connects students with 50 to 60 business leaders each semester through networking events, conferences, and the CEO Insights and Gargano Lecture series, building a career-ready foundation from day one.
